Инструменты для работы с генпланом Взглянув на вкладку "Формы и генплан" ниже, вы заметите, что многое изменилось. Инструменты для работы с генпланом представляют собой самое значительное изменение в Revit 2024 для архитекторов, которое одновременно и радует, и немного пугает! Топоповерхность не удаляется, так как это привело бы к удалению строительных площадок, которые необходимо воссоздать вручную. Поскольку инструмента для создания строительных площадок нет, Autodesk рекомендует создать набор массы на месте для разрезания топосолида, как показано на рисунке 27. Субрегионы автоматически преобразуются в подразделы. На рисунке 28 показаны различные настройки типа для этого нового элемента. Обратите внимание на две вещи. Во-первых, в основе топосолида лежит элемент пола. Во-вторых, настройки контура теперь задаются для каждого типа объекта, а не глобально. Рисунок 28.
Свойства топосолида. Зная, что этот элемент по сути является усовершенствованным элементом пола, обратите внимание, что применение материалов немного странно. В примере, показанном на рисунке 27, мне пришлось выбрать материал Earth, чтобы материал и узор были земляными. Затем мне нужно было нарисовать на поверхности материал травы. Сложность рисования заключается в том, что поверхность состоит из нескольких граней, и для закрашивания всей поверхности требуется несколько резцов. Toposolid - рабочий процесс создания Топосолид создается аналогично элементу пола.

However, overall, Autodesk has done a commendable job. This article covers the general and architectural features of the software. While some MEP mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and structure enhancements are mentioned, the complete details can be found in the Autodesk blog post. It is commonly used by professionals in the construction industry, such as architects, structural engineers, MEP mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, designers, and builders. The software empowers users to create exact 3D models and analyze them thoroughly. The use of BIM tools has significantly transformed how buildings are designed and constructed; therefore, it is not surprising that most Revit Software users belong to the construction industry. The release of Revit 2024 is quite interesting.
However, the software is not evolving slower than the industry would like. Some of the tools should be recreated from scratch instead of getting patched. Nevertheless, Autodesk did a good job overall.
Взаимодействие с видами и листами Теперь можно выделить в диспетчере несколько видов и спецификаций и сразу все перетащить на лист.
Revit их сам раскидает, потом нужно будет руками поправить и готово. Если вид размещён на листе, то можно нажать по нему правой кнопкой мыши в диспетчере и выбрать команду «Открыть лист» — Revit откроет лист с этим видом. А ещё можно перенести виды с листа на лист новая команда в контекстом меню по правому клику на виды в пределах листа в диспетчере. Менять цвета и особенно создавать материалы будет проще.
Экспорт типа данных «Типоразмер семейства» Раньше приходилось руками прописывать имя параметра, тип данных OTHER и значение, а теперь поправили, и параметр сам корректно выгружается из редактора. Архитектура Топотела вместо топоповерхностей Название говорит само за себя: вместо поверхности мятый лист бумаги появились тела нормальный рельеф. Но есть куча приятных мелочей, вроде вырезания полостей наконец-то! И посмотрите видео выше, там Ковылин показывает нюансы.
Новый визуальный стиль Я уверен, что эта фишка нужна именно архитекторам, и могу точно сказать, что это удобно. Вадим любезно сделал сравнение вариантов графики: Новый стиль — в нижнем левом углу. Работа с солнцем Траектория солнца сейчас видна в перспективе. А ещё можно менять параметры солнца прямо с ленты.
И считать в секундах, хотя непонятно, кому такая точность нужна. Улучшения передачи данных из Revit в Twinmotion В меню Twinmotion добавлена функция «Автосинхронизация». Она позволяет автоматически обновлять модель в Twin, если в связанном виде Revit произошли изменения. В общем, почти как Enscape, только бесплатно… Конструкции Дополнительные параметры выравнивания по траектории для арматурных стержней произвольной формы Арматура произвольной формы — это следующие инструменты: Для данных стержней добавили немного функционала для расположения массивов по наклонным или криволинейным поверхностям.
Теперь возможно поворачивать массив арматуры: Переключение положения отгибов для арматурного стержня произвольной формы Возможно крутить клавишей «Пробел» положение отгибов. Раньше они создавались в углу, в зависимости от порядка добавления граней конструкции для создания произвольной формы армирования.

What's New in Revit 2024
With improved search functionality that accounts for typographical errors and provides more relevant results, designers can quickly locate the specific nodes and packages they require, thereby saving time. This version also introduces enhanced package node identification and a more refined Python editor experience, among other upgrades. Revit Home Tech Preview and Dark Theme for Schedules The new Revit Home, currently in Tech Preview, introduces better navigation within Revit, while the dark theme for schedules and improved color conversion contribute to a user experience that is more consistent, comfortable, and conducive to extended work sessions. This early-stage design tool supports critical decisions regarding solar panel placement and window orientation.
The Canvas Theme button on the View ribbon tab enables easy switching of the graphics window between light and dark without affecting the rest of the interface. Interface adjustments are available in the options on the Colors panel.
This more interactive feature, highlighting entries as you order, is handy for large projects with numerous views, sheets, schedules, and families in the project browser. These color books resemble the AutoCAD versions, incorporating RAL and Pantone color books, and offer the flexibility to craft personalized color books. This customization feature empowers users to establish a palette of custom colors tailored for specific applications like room color fills and filled region colors. This style falls between Consistent Colors and Realism. This makes it a lighter option than Realistic, allowing you to showcase materials with their respective images.
This feature makes it much easier to keep track of revisions made throughout the project and which sheet they have been applied to. The revision cloud schedule can include fields not only from the clouds but also from the revisions, sheets, and views, thereby streamlining the management of sheets and revisions throughout the project. The ability to edit the fields directly in the schedule will also speed up the workflow.
The suggested replacement for the building pad tool is an in-place mass void. Sub-regions are automatically converted to sub-divisions. Figure 28 shows the various type settings for this new element. Notice two things. First, the toposolid is fundamentally based on the floor element.
Second, the contour settings are now set per object type rather than globally. Figure 28. Toposolid properties. Knowing that the element is essentially an enhanced floor element, note that apply materials is a little odd. Then I had to paint a grass material on the surface. The tricky part with painting is that the surface is made up of several facets and required several picks to paint the entire surface. Toposolid — Creation Workflow A toposolid is created similar to a floor element. You start by sketching the perimeter of the ground to be defined and then finish the creation mode.
Next, you select the toposurface and use the Add Points option on the ribbon, adjusting the offset value also on the ribbon. Roads and walkways are created using the Sub-Divide tool found on the ribbon when a toposolid is selected. This is similar to the sub-region tool where an enclosed area is defined within the larger toposolid perimeter. The result is a solid extrusion which conforms to the ground and can be adjusted vertically. However, the sub-divide height cannot be negative. The last image in this section shows how a mass void can create a tunnel in the toposolid. This was not possible with a toposurface. When a CAD file is available, a toposolid can be generated from it as in the past.

Shared Coordinates While there is nothing new with shared coordinates, I wanted to share a link to my YouTube series on the topic Shared Coordinates in Revit that is easy to understand and covers many of the questions that often come up. This workflow will be the same in Revit 2024, even when using the new toposolid element.
This workflow also works on a project hosted in BIM 360. Figure 32. The shared coordinates workflow. Cut Geometry Enhancement With the advent of the toposolid, there have been enhancements to what kind of elements can be used to cut other elements. Because the toposolid is a solid, Revit does not know that other elements should automatically cut it. If you have foundation walls going below grade, for example, you now have to use the Cut tool and select the wall and the toposolid to get the correct graphic results in a section. Pattern Alignment The Align tool now has an option to apply the alignment to the entire surface. In the example below, the surface has sub-elements applied to slope portions of the surface.
This can result in the surface pattern not aligned across the entire floor element. This new feature helps with the new alignment, whereas earlier, it only allowed for the selected face option. Тёмная тема пока половинчатая, по нормальному все окна нужно было сделать тёмными. Инструменты для рисования тоже какие-то слишком тонкие и вялые. Из того, что понравилось — кнопочки внизу экрана стоят более разреженно, что упрощает их восприятие и нажатие по ним. Специально для сравнения выровнял оба набора кнопок по кнопке детализации. Также в диспетчере появился поиск — удобно.

Ну ок. Ведь у нас полей для сортировки по-прежнему 4 штуки... Порядок прорисовки 2Д элементов Не проверял, но разработчики обещают, что теперь аннотации и элементы узлов в семействах будут работать стабильнее при отображении в проекте, редакторе семейств и на печати. То есть будет проще работать с УГО — условными графическими обозначениями.
Раньше была проблема, что некоторые аннотации в проекте и при печати отображались некорректно: закрывали объекты или наоборот, перекрывались. Теперь должно быть стабильнее, как в редакторе — так и в проекте и на печати. Редко сталкивался с этим, но попробовал быстро накидать, вроде работает, но не совсем корректно. Открыл первое попавшееся семейство — точки подключения умывальника. Добавил вложенное семейство в категории «Элементы узлов», нарисовал символическую линию и область штриховки.

Если дисциплина инженерная, Сантехника, Механизмы или Электросети, то в параметре «Показать невидимые линии» должно стоять «Нет», иначе всё просвечивает. Вот только есть незадача: при таком выборе не будет видно оси труб, а нам они нужны. Если на дисциплине «Координация» выбрать «Нет» или «По категории», то результат одинаковый: оси не видно, но и не просвечивает, всё как на первом скриншоте ниже. Если при «Координации» выбрать «Все», то оси видно, само УГО отрисовывается в нужном порядке, но при этом ещё в стиле невидимых линий отображается основная геометрия семейства.
Оформить план красиво по-прежнему нельзя. Всё-таки Ревит 2019 — великолепен. Именно в этой версии я создаю свои платные семейства, с которыми можете ознакомиться в моём магазине.
Revit-2024: что нового для инженеров
Well, Autodesk Revit 2024 is already here. And while 2023 certainly is not "old & busted," 2024 is already making waves in the community for some of the cool, new features is has to show. Now, you can create multiple EAMs based on different 3D views that include only the elements visible in those views. Note: Linked models are not part of the view. This gives you more control over what elements are included in your energy analysis and allows you to create EAMs for specific parts of your project, such as additions, renovations, or zones.
To change the sun settings, just click the button and you will get the same old dialog box.
The row height is no more determined by the font size or by width of the image column. Now the font height is the minimal value instead of fixed value.
Schedule revision clouds. Ability to create schedule that contains revision clouds provides a suitable way to track issues in your project. You can use Comments, Mark, and Revision parameters alongside with other groups of parameters that you can select in the upper drop-down menu of the Schedule Properties dialog.
Apply revisions to multiple sheets. Improved Scope Boxes. Fixed issue related to display of 2D regions in 3D families.
The display of 2D regions created in 3D families is consistent in family and project environment, vector and raster print. Also you can use draw order for the regions. Improved Dynamo 2.
