His appearance is somewhat typical, short, with a long beard, wearing coarse overalls and a metal helmet. He is somewhat anti-social, as seen in his lack of enthusiasm when it comes to relaxing with friends, but he is not introverted. He holds a sense of guilt due to his inability to use or make runes, something his father and grandfather had.
