Правая же панель номер 2 дает возможность работать с картой: с ее помощью можно выделить интересующий участок местности, измерить расстояние, найти космоснимок об этом позже или получить информационную справку. Панель в правом нижнем углу номер 3 позволяет вручную масштабировать карту и показывает текущие параметры. Для того, чтобы можно было использовать весь функционал Sentinel Hub EO Browser, необходимо авторизоваться. Сделать это можно на левой панели в верхнем правом углу, рядом с выбором языка. После нажатия на Log in появится всплывающее окно, где необходимо ввести почту и пароль, которые вы вводили ранее при регистрации на портале Sentinel Hub. Теперь можно получить свой первый космоснимок.
Давайте представим, что нас интересует область вокруг озера на картинке. Выделить интересующую нас территорию можно с помощью инструмента «Выделить область» пункт 1 на картинке или «Прямоугольное выделение» пункт 2. Должно получиться нечто подобное: Затем, на левой панели мы должны выбрать спутники, чью съемку мы хотим использовать если не уверены, какой именно спутник вам нужен, ставьте максимум галочек - из найденных снимков отберете подходящие вам. Для примера оставим стандартный предлагаемый выбор — только спутник Sentinel-2. Внизу левой панели задаем диапазон дат.
Под номером 1 на скриншоте находится наша выделенная область. Номер 2 — это выбранные нами спутники, которые будут служить источниками данных. Номер 3 указывает на выбранный нами диапазон дат: именно в этом диапазоне сервис и будет искать полученные данные со спутников. Номер 4 — это кнопка, которая запускает поиск. На нее необходимо нажать после того, как будут выбраны все остальные параметры.
Когда все готово — кликаем на нее. Как видим, сервис отобрал снимки, которые пересекаются с выбранной нами областью или находятся рядом. Превью изображений отображаются в окне слева. При наведении на них курсора, они подсвечиваются на самой карте. Таким образом нам прекрасно видно, куда ложится выбранный нами космоснимок: Как видно, космоснимки 1-е, 2-е за 17 сентября 2023 года попадают на интересующую нас область, но земная поверхность закрыта облаками, поэтому лучше поискать еще.
Вот, к примеру, нашлись качественные изображения — есть снимки за 12 сентября 2023 года. Давайте возьмем снимок с номером 4 и нажмем кнопку Visualize. Таким образом, мы спроецировали космоснимок на карту. В левой панели вы можете видеть, что выбран спектр True color - реальные цвета. Это привычная нам картина, но давайте приблизим нашу выбранную область и выберем, например, спектр NDWI — нормализованный разностный индекс воды съемка для диапазона осуществляется в коротковолновом инфракрасном диапазоне; вода способна поглощать ближние инфракрасные волны, за счет этого можно выделять контуры водных объектов и влажных почв.
Снимки легко найти, задав интересующую область с помощью огромного количества опций и загрузки файла. Выбирается тип сенсора и таймфрейм. Процент облачного покрова, высота над уровнем моря и процент покрытия AOI доступны в качестве условий поиска фильтра. Можно легко загрузить обработанный снимок, комбинацию каналов или рассчитанный индекс. Issue Sentinel Hub — Next Generation Satellite Imagery Processing Service Breaking point was a discovery that it actually is possible to process source EO data in real time, without compute intensive pre-processing or expensive infrastructure. This has opened the door for Sentinel Playground, a web application giving access to complete global Sentinel-2 archive to anyone. Something, that a few years ago could be only built by a company like Google. After winning the Copernicus Masters award, a recognition of Sentinel Hub — the service for processing and distribution of satellite data — reached a tipping point and other application developers, who struggled trying to use free and open Copernicus data, started coming. Although Sinergise was founded in 2008, the story of the Sentinel Hub started a couple of years later. Working with public institutions in Europe, Africa and Asia, Sinergise was keenly promoting potential of on-going monitoring based on Sentinel-2 data even before the satellite was launched. However, it quickly became apparent that using existing technology for pre-processing of raster data, the task was too costly, both from infrastructure and maintenance point of view. A small group of engineers decided to do the unthinkable — to build a system from scratch. And it worked. Unbound from limitations of 3rd party software they could tweak and re-tweak each part of the puzzle until it worked fast enough. Amazon lent an ear for storage and together they have established Sentinel-2 Open Public Dataset. A combination makes it possible to process majority of requests in under a second — querying a database with millions of entries to select appropriate scenes, downloading relevant data from peta-byte archive, decompressing, compositing, re-projection and more. Quite an unthinkable. Today, Sentinel Hub is empowering application developers around the world building EO-based applications.
Heavy weapons such as the Blaze Javelin or Scatter Blaster now use a stronger recoil animation, to reflect the power of the blast. Weapon projectiles now apply an impulse to Sentinel drones, pushing them backwards. The rumble and camera shake of all weapons has been adjusted for both drama and impact, but also player comfort. When in an environment that prevents weapon use such as the Space Anomaly , the HUD will default to a more subtle crosshair. The Personal Forcefield is no longer locked to one plane, and can be freely moved to block attacks from above or below. Different weapons may now be balanced with different critical hit multipliers. Fixed an issue that caused unnecessary camera movement when cycling between different weapon modes. Fixed an issue that caused camera popping and unnecessary movement when using the Personal Forcefield. Aggressive Multi-Tool modes such as the Boltcaster now have bespoke first and third person camera settings, to create contrast from non-aggressive Multi-Tool modes such as the Mining Laser. The combat supply canisters dropped by Sentinels can now be opened by interacting with them, in addition to shooting them. The full screen messages and notifications displayed when taking damage or charging shields have been adjusted for accuracy. Full-screen damage effects have been adjusted to reduce visual noise while in combat. Armoured drones no longer show multiple health bars for each piece of armour. Quality of Life Teleporting between destinations in the same system eg between bases or between the Space Station and bases has been made significantly faster. The cap on owned Multi-Tools has been increased from 3 to 6. When items are added to the inventory and the inventory UI is open for example, when dismantling a piece of technology , the items now prioritise being added to the currently active inventory page if possible. The visual appearance of Multi-Tools in the Quick Menu has been improved. While piloting your ship, if your current mission is asking you to visit the Space Anomaly, then summoning the Anomaly now has priority in the Quick Menu over the Galaxy Map. If both your secondary and primary weapons are out of charge, the Quick Menu will now always prioritise the primary weapon. Consumable food items now describe in their popup what sort of effect they will have upon the one who consumes them. Held interactions now have a minimum fill when tapping a button, to help communicate that the button needs to be held. When viewing an item in the world that contains multiple rewards such as the canisters dropped by Sentinels , then health or shield critical rewards will be prioritised in the UI label, if the player is low on health or shield levels. Sentinel Drones now have muzzle flash VFX for their weapons. Added new VFX for all new Sentinel weapon types. Improved the impact and destruction effects when destroying Sentinel Drones, Quads and Walkers. Improved the impact, trail and explosion effects for plasma grenades and the geology cannon. Added lights to player weapon muzzle flashes. Improved the muzzle, beam and impact effects for the Mining Laser. Improved the muzzle, beam and impact effects for the Blaze Javelin. Improved the muzzle, projectile and impact effects for the Pulse Spitter. Improved the muzzle, trail and impact effects for the Scatter Blaster. Improved the muzzle, trail and impact effects for the Boltcaster Improved general explosion effects. Improved starship damage and destruction effects. Improved the VFX for starship missile trails.
