При этом одна из родственниц тех, кто находился на борту потерпевшего катастрофу самолета, обратила внимание, что прокуратура так и не смогла однозначно назвать причину аварии, передает РИА Новости. Находившаяся на борту делегация во главе с польским лидером Лехом Качиньским должна была принять участие в памятных мероприятиях. Лайнер, заходя на посадку, оказался в густом тумане и задел левым крылом верхушку березы. В итоге самолет упал на землю в нескольких сотнях метров от взлетно-посадочной полосы.

Польские власти также отказались от версий о вине России в катастрофе.
