When you look at any polished metal surface, it is the contrast of highlight and shadow together with the tone of the actual metal that determines how you perceive the shape of the object. In the case of a LEGO model, we typically make use of color to create these differentiations.
There are numerous angled surfaces that merge here and create strong contrasting areas of highlight and shadow. I tried many different approaches, and I think the final solution addresses the challenges and stays true to the design language of the rest of the helmet. The shortcut here would have been to just change the color of 75277, the Boba Fett helmet, but we are driven by the idea that LEGO elements offer an infinite number of possibilities, so we continue the search for new ways to hopefully take it a step further. If you look closely at reference images, you will notice that the helmet is slightly wider at the base, and the sides slope gently inwards. This feature is addressed in the Mandalorian helmet.

Наличие демонстрационной стойки говорит о том, что эта модель больше коллекционная, чем игровая. Действительно, по чисто игровым функциям летучий корабль сильно уступает своим предшественницам.

The mask opens to reveal a head piece with printing on both sides. And of course, you get the rocket booster effects on the feet. Released 3 years after the first version, this one adds extra printing to the entire Minifigure. The legs have some additional printing at the knees to give it a bit more of an interesting look, and the chest has a large section spreading from the Arc reactor to the shoulders. It has a cleaner look, and as such the Minifigure pares back the printing to keep things relatively sparse.
The detailing we get is solid and accurate to the movie version we see in Avengers: Age of Ultron. This is another LEGO Minifigure where we get the usual transparent blue bricks as the rocket boosters. It has all the usual details and print applications covering it and even has some really nicely defined red and gold paneling down either side of the stomach. The only issue we can see is that while the Iron Man in the movie has a fully exposed Arc reactor, the Minifigure has half a reactor. It is fairly accurate to the suit we see on screen. However, they add more gold highlights on the torso and leg pieces.
Perhaps this is because they used earlier concept art to base their prints on, or perhaps they just wanted to make the Minifigure look a little more interesting.
While they could just show up again looking to cause more trouble, that could also be further confirmation of the persistent rumor that the Avengers are going to do a little time traveling in Endgame, perhaps even back to the original Avengers film and the Battle of New York. You guys, they drove me so crazy. They were the only thing I could look at her entire scene in Infinity War, which was not hard because they were practically centered in the frame. I am very much looking forward to watching this movie and just finding out the answers instead of sifting through all these clues.
