When Aoba Jousei calls for a time out, one of the players comments on the fact that when Tsukishima gets in front, they do less center attacks. Oikawa thinks that Kageyama probably finds Tsukishima the hardest to work with out of the spikers. Tsukishima turns around and sees Kageyama staring at him with a constipated look. Sugawara says that with a guy like Tsukishima, he needs direct communication. Ukai comments about how Tsukishima seems to have trouble hitting the toss.
After Karasuno takes a timeout, Kageyama asks Tsukishima how the set was for him. Tsukishima explains that he has his own way of doing things and wants his tosses to be consistent. Kageyama says that you never know what works until you try it and moves back on court, with a dumbfounded Tsukishima following. Tsukishima scores by doing a feint and the set after that is consistent and Tsukishima does another feint and later another. This time Tsukishima smashes the ball and scores. Kageyama reluctantly chokes out a compliment, surprising Tsukishima again.

Сабля балансировала у танцовщицы на запястье, на груди, на плече и на бедре, чтобы потом бешено закрутится в воздухе, неизменно упираясь острием ей в бок. И снова обнаженные руки взмывают вверх и заставляют нервничать, думая, о том, насколько смертоносным может оказаться любая ошибка в танце. Но вот руки вновь вытягиваются вперед, совершая странные ломкие движения и изгибаясь, словно змеи, и танцовщица вдруг делает высокий прыжок, и кажется, будто она уже не вернется, а взмоет, словно птица, в ночное небо.
Танец ускорялся, и девушка начала задыхаться, сверкая подведенными глазами. Ее золотистый хвост до самого пояса — парик, ни разу не съехавший во время танца, — метался за ней звездной искрой.
Ты быстро собралась и буквально побежала в школу, благо она находилась рядом с домом. Зайдя в здание ты пошла в сторону лестницы, но по дороге кто-то схватил тебя за руку и тем самым остановил. Ты подняла глаза и увидела Кея, ты почувствовала как покраснела, учитель просто держал тебя за руку, а твоё сердце уже колотилось с бешеной скоростью. Вся остальная часть дня прошла как обычно, ты общалась с одноклассниками, девочки из класса все так же продолжали обсуждать молодого человека, ты понимала что Кей ближе к тебе чем к любому другому ученику, но в этой "близости" нет ничего, что можно было бы назвать симпатией или любовью, да и ты не была поуши влюблена в молодого практиканта, он был тебе приятен и ты хотела бы общаться с ним, но вдруг ему будет неинтересно с девушкой, которая младше его на 3 года? Ведь Кей явно был не тем, кто интересовался таким. Все же ты решила меньше думать о нем, чтобы не привязаться и в конечном итоге не влюбиться, ты боялась этого больше всего. Ты шла по школьному коридору в сторону кабинета парня, кстати проспала ты из-за того что ночью учила все термины и параграфы которые он тебе дал, ты была уверена что сегодня напишешь тест на балл выше прошлого, заходя в кабинет, ты увидела парня который куда то собирался. Цукишима сразу заметил что твое настроение изменилось.
Цукишима уехал учиться в Токио, все оказалось не так страшно как вы оба думали, вы всего год встречались"по переписке", и то Кей часто приезжал к тебе, а потом и ты поступила в этот город и отношения удалось сохранить. Недавно между вами случилась ссора, вы давно так не ссорились, все дошло до того что вы даже не разговаривали друг с другом, ты не писала, не звонила, как и парень, но в один день тебе потребовалось взять пару своих вещей из квартиры Кея вы не жили вместе, но ты часто там оставалась, поэтому у него дома была твоя одежда или разные вещи , но парень не брал трубку, ты знала что Цукишима не такой уж и обидчивый, трубку он бы взял, все дошло до того что абонент был недоступен. Ты почувствовала испуг за молодого человека и сразу же пошла к нему, благо ключи у тебя были, войдя внутрь квартиры, ты увидела парня который лежал на своей кровати, ты сразу же подошла к нему и убедилась в том что он спит, но выглядел он как-то болезненно, рядом с кроватью лежали какие-то таблетки. Цукишима заболел, и возможно болезнь не была бы такой сильной, если ты парень не запустил ситуацию, сейчас он лежал на кровати с большой температурой, и с жаром, он открыл глаза и хриплым голосом спросил что ты делаешь в его квартире. Ты аккуратно укрыла Кея теплым одеялом и немного убралась на его столе, после чего сделала горячий чай с лимоном и напоила им парня. Цукишиме становилось лучше, температура немного спала, как и жар. Ты очень много думала об этом парне, чем он тебя зацепил? Было очень грустно от этих мыслей, но такова была правда ваших взаимоотношений.
