На мой взгляд это скорее достоинство. Вкус его несколько облагорожен по сравнению с классическим Лафройгом и несколько напоминает например Caol Ila 12. Несмотря на маленькую выдержку 6 лет этот виски несомненно относится к премиум-классу, и я бы расположил его немного выше чем Лафройг 10. Ну собственно он немного дороже и стоит.
Откуда же спиртуозность в блендед молте Glen Eagles "на шотландских спиртах"? Думаю, дело в постсоветской традиции добавлять ректификат туда, где его не должно быть. Этот виски до недавнего времени у нас в пятёрках долго стоял по 700 рублей, никому не нужный, что тоже возможно говорит о качестве продукта.

Но например я сперва попробовал QC, и он мне очень понравился.
Только после него я попробовал Лафройг 10, и если честно сказать - был немного разочарован.

Дело в том, что последние 7-8 месяцев выдержки в маленьких бочках действительно радикально улучшают его вкус, делают его более нежным и бархатистым. Фенольность по-прежнему присутствует, она никуда не делась. Если вы выпьете этот виски вечером, то утром дымно-торфяной привкус ещё будет во рту, хотя наверное не так сильно как после такого же количества Лафройг 10. Также улучшению вкуса способствует отсутствие холодной фильтрации и крепость, приближенная к бочковой.

Не отношу себя к любителям крепких спиртных напитков ну не лезут в глотку и все тут , предпочитая хорошее вино в умеренном количестве. Но тут любопытство пересилило, решил попробовать. На удивление, оказалось очень даже неплохо. Виски обладает довольно мягким вкусом с оттенками фруктов и что самое главное, для моего нетренированного организма — по шарам не бьёт. Дегустировал со льдом. Достойный продукт.

Послевкусие Nestville Single Malt Продолжительное с нотками пряных специй, трав, дуба, ванили, фруктов с горчинкой дуба и лёгким заметным подсушиванием. Deanston Virgin Oak Продолжительный с нотками пряных специй, красных яблок покрытых, ванили, перчика с заметным подсушиванием. Что ж, оба виски имеют хороший баланс. Они простые, понятный, питьевые. По сути оба одного уровня - отличия лишь во вкусовщине, какие нотки больше нравятся, как и крепость 43 против 46. В остальном могу сказать, что словак ничем не уступает именитому шотландцу. А по показателю питейности даже и превосходит. Так что, если ищите солодовый виски для компаний, рыбалок и посиделок с друзьями, можно обратить внимание на Nestville Single Malt, который доступен, поставляется, а по цене - адекватность её каждый определяет для себя сам. Для меня это хороший пример того, что если не иметь стереотипов и слепого преклонения перед шотландским виски, то всегда можно найти интересные релизы в других странах, даже в тех, которые кажутся экзотическими для этого напитка. Но повторюсь, это моё мнение, я сделал его для себя, никого ни в чём уговаривать и убеждать не собираюсь. Если что-то не нравится, то лучше не брать, чтобы потом не разочаровываться.
