Nissan unveiled the Vision Gran Turismo Concept earlier this year, you know, before the world effectively shut down. The Vision Gran Turismo is also kind of resemblant of the new C8 Corvette , which means one of two things. Number two is more likely, that the regular turbocharged gas engine lives under the hood, and the space behind the cockpit is going to house the electric motors. The R36 Skyline will most probably be on the roads by 2022 or 2023, and this timeline will give Nissan the time they need to let the old one age out gracefully.
Instead, it could use an engine that drives the rear wheels and an electric motor that drives the front exclusively. We particularly liked the vents in the front wheel arches, but the drama improved greatly at the rear.
