То есть, выходить к американцам с инициативами, ибо… не пристало «великой стране» говорить о чём либо, кроме условий… капитуляции тех, к кому они «обращаются…» Но основная задача Фионы заключалась не столько в том, чтоб всё это озвучить, сколько… посмотреть на нашу реакцию. Заглянуть «глубоко в глаза», ища там… сомнение, тревогу, а ещё лучше… испуг… Это был не «голубь» мира, а скорее… «ворон…» Американская, мощно выглядящая внешне экономика, находится на самом верху той горы, с которой… она рванётся вниз, если в ближайшее время не будут предприняты кардинальные меры.
К сожалению, в виде большой, очень большой мировой военной заварушки. Где они и планируют спалить, не только все долги, но и экономики своих противников, среди которых, Евросоюз… тоже присутствует… Поэтому, основная цель визита Фионы Хилл… оценить готовность России, не столько техническую, в этом она не спец, сколько психологическую и моральную… к войне.

As the UN still has relevance and universal acceptance as an actor, then we should also consider how we can address these issues.
