Introducing the iconic Xenomorph as a new hunter, players can live out their horrific fantasies of being a space survivor while avoiding one of the most deadly predators in sci-fi. Please note that players will be able to progress for the duration of the PTB, but none of that progress will make it back to the Live version of the game.
By accessing a Control Station, it can enter these tunnels to quickly move around the map, detect the presence of nearby Survivors, and speed up the cooldown time of its Runner Mode ability. Survivors can interact with these stations to get a Remote Flame Turret, while the Xenomorph can enter and exit the tunnels underneath the Control Stations. When the Xenomorph enters the radius and line of sight of a Turret, the Turret attacks; this attack staggers the Xenomorph and will cause Runner Mode to end. If a Turret successfully knocks the Xenomorph out of Runner Mode or fires for too long, it overheats, and must be repaired by a Survivor. The Xenomorph can attack Turrets to destroy them. Perks Ultimate Weapon When you open a locker, this perk activates for 30 seconds.

Light Footed When you are healthy, this perk activates. Your running footsteps are silent. Visit landmarks familiar to the fans of the Alien franchise, in a unique setting where you will find yourself chased in and out of the ship. Run the Killer around the shuttle that brought Ripley to the world of the Entity. Navigate through the alien landscape, and you may yet escape from the remains of the wrecks. Tattered Tabbard — Increases Patrol time for all Guards by 8 seconds was 6 seconds.
The Demogorgon Killer Power — Undetectable after teleport lasts 5 seconds was 3 seconds. Unknown Egg — Decreases the cooldown after traversing the Upside Down by 2. Violet Waxcap — Increases the duration of the Undetectable effect gained when emerging from a Portal by 1 second was 0.
Gameplay Changes The most significant gameplay updates are for two killers , three perks, and two maps. In addition, Victor is more geared towards injuring multiple survivors, as he can injure and down the same survivors without needing to be swapped to Charlotte first. Decisive Strike receives a new stabbing animation that makes it feel more realistic. However, to fix an issue where the animation caused the Survivor to have less time to run away, its stun duration has been increased from 3 seconds to 5 seconds. Adrenaline received three changes to its effects when triggered: It no longer activates when you are on a hook, and another Survivor powers on the gates.
The speed boost duration is now only 3 seconds. You will no longer wake up from The Nightmare when it is activated. Ultimate Weapon will now reveal Survivor auras instead of making them scream. Its activation is now only 15 seconds.
Bear in mind this option only applies to first person field of view and therefore will not affect Survivors. Since Survivors play the game from the third person perspective, a wider FOV would add to an already advantageous camera view. Initially this feature will be accessible through the Beta Tab in game. Though some players were pleased with the changes, many longtime Onryo mains felt that her gameplay had changed too much from the Killer they once loved. In this update, we want to revisit Sadako once more to find a middle ground which better appeals to all her players, old and new.
Condemned In the last update, Condemned would spread to all Survivors who were not holding a tape whenever Sadako projected to a TV. This allowed her to spread her curse more often, but many felt that this favoured teleporting as soon as possible rather than strategically during a chase. We have a few changes in mind to restore this gameplay while keeping Condemned more prominent: When The Onryo teleports, Survivors within 16m of a powered TV will receive a stack of Condemned.
Survivors play in third-person and have the advantage of better situational awareness. The Killer plays in first-person and is more focused on their prey. Your chance of survival will vary depending on whether you work together as a team or if you go at it alone. Will you be able to outwit the Killer and escape their Killing Ground? Random spawn points mean you will never feel safe as the world and its danger change every time you play.
