Что касается недавно упомянутого Glen Eagles - не пил, но осуждаю. Мне всегда жалко денег на алкоголь, поэтому пью в основном NAS релизы, перепробовал уже много за 5 лет и пару блендед молтов в придачу и вот ни один из них не был спиртуозным. Откуда же спиртуозность в блендед молте Glen Eagles "на шотландских спиртах"?
Ну собственно он немного дороже и стоит. Дело в том, что последние 7-8 месяцев выдержки в маленьких бочках действительно радикально улучшают его вкус, делают его более нежным и бархатистым.
Фенольность по-прежнему присутствует, она никуда не делась. Если вы выпьете этот виски вечером, то утром дымно-торфяной привкус ещё будет во рту, хотя наверное не так сильно как после такого же количества Лафройг 10. Также улучшению вкуса способствует отсутствие холодной фильтрации и крепость, приближенная к бочковой. Отрицательные же отзывы происходят оттого, что изначально к этому виски предъявлялись неверные требования или имелись о нём ложные представления. Скорее всего люди сперва пили Лафройг 10, а потом купили Лафройг QC, представляя его себе наверное таким же как "десятка".

Мне понравился, пьется легко, спирта и химозности не ощутил. WinchesterD 3 месяца назад Интересно конечно посмотреть, но для меня лучшим выбором будет белорусский виски. Всё равно после третьей рюмки уже запивать приходится, а потому толку нету.
Только после него я попробовал Лафройг 10, и если честно сказать - был немного разочарован.
Его поражающая все чувства резкость показалась мне несколько передёрнутой, почти искусственной. Лафройг QC - для меня лично более изысканный и утончённый вариант чем Лафройг 10. Но несомненно стоит попробовать и тот, и другой.
У меня лично в баре постоянно стоят оба Лафройга. С этим виски стоит быть начеку. Пьётся он на удивление легко, но на самом деле крепость в 48 градусов даёт о себе знать уже со второй рюмки.
