The draft resolution endorses and recommends a number of actions to address the impact of measures taken during Public Health Emergencies of International Concern PHEICs affecting transport sectors and their workers, and to encourage improved coordination at the national level within affected countries. Approved, for future adoption, amendments to the International Code for the Safe Carriage of Grain in Bulk Grain Code , introducing a new class of loading conditions for "specially suitable compartment, partly filled in way of the hatch opening, with ends untrimmed" and specify the requirements under which grain may be carried in such compartments.
