In the night, Valjean, interrupted by Myriel while stealing his silverware, strikes him and flees. When the police arrest Valjean for stealing and drag him back to Myriel, Myriel tells them that the silverware was a gift and scolds Valjean for forgetting to take his candlesticks as well.
Myriel then reminds Valjean that he is to become a new man. Nine years later, Valjean is now a wealthy industrialist and a mayor. However, Valjean is preoccupied with the arrival of Inspector Javert , who previously served as a guard at the prison in which Valjean was held. Fantine, in desperate need of money to pay the extortionate demands of Mr. Javert starts to suspect that the Mayor and Valjean are the same person. Fantine is attacked by some customers, and when she retaliates, Javert beats and arrests her, planning on sending her to prison.

Catherine is a world-famous cello player from New York who has come to Toronto to record an album. She has never been able to resolve her relationship with her father, Alan, who beat her mother to death when she was a child.
Valjean arrives at court where the man is being tried and reveals his identity that he is the real Valjean. Before she dies, Valjean promises Fantine that he will raise her daughter as his own. Angry and grieving, Valjean fights Javert and knocks him out, then flees the town. They care little for the girl, seeing her merely as a way to bring in money going so far as to offer up Cosette as a child prostitute to the as-yet unrevealed Valjean. The film starts out resembling a sloppy genre film, with a plot which relies far too heavily on coincidence to be taken seriously. Film Synopsis Madeleine is spending an evening with her lover, Jean-Paul, when her husband appears unexpectedly. The latter produces a gun and forces Madeleine to join in a variant of Russian roulette, which he loses. Having shot dead her husband, Madeleine implores her lover to run away. During his flight, Jean-Paul gives a lift to a vagrant, who turns against him, knocking him unconscious before crashing his car.

В целом, фильм достаточно интересен, но у нас в стране, а именно в России, он не прижился. Видимо, мы не такие фанаты такого жанра, какие режиссеры картины. Вот только фильм не о маньяках и не об серийных убийцах, как многие могли подумать. Всем советую. С момента появления на свет ребенок начинает дышать, двигаться, принимать пищу и т. И все это происходит с помощью матери.
Именно ее организм вырабатывает питательные вещества, которые необходимы для развития будущего человека. При этом сама она должна питаться, отдыхать, а также получать необходимое количество витаминов. Хотя мне кажется, что таких фильмов уже и не снимают, слишком много их было за последние 10 лет. А этот фильм был снят по реальным событиям, которые произошли в Страсбурге в 1993 году.
