The helmet piece is, however, one of only two pre-printed pieces, with the other being the control panel inside the cockpit. The rest of the additional fine detail is provided by stickers. The exception to this is the massive arc reactor on the chest as this circular piece is stickered and lining this up perfectly will make all the difference to the finished model. What is an interesting design choice is that the circular tile the sticker sits on is glow-in-the-dark, a subtle, but ingenious decision. The limbs, for the most part are symmetrical, the legs being identical mirror images of one another. The only deviation comes in the lower halves of the two arms and whilst both feature large blue disruptors, using transparent blue circular pieces, each arm features a different type of working stud shooter. The right arm features the more common rotating 6-stud shooter which can be fired by rotating the back, very effective weapon against anything Iron Man can throw your way. Both of the weapons work effectively to give Iron Monger a great interactivity for play.
The leg also had great printing that continued onto the toe areas, while translucent light blue elements were once again used for repulsor blasts from the hands and feet. It has insane printing all over it and came with an awesome bruised Tony Stark face print that could easily be used for Tony in Captain America: Civil War. The minifigure itself came in an Avengers Assemble the animated show set. It has a very unique sand green color scheme with a bronze face plate and orange repulsor blasts. What separates it from most of the other LEGO Iron Man suits is the bulky armor piece used for the torso to make it more imposing and add some bulk. It has a very unique white and gold color scheme which reflects real-life space suits. This minifigure came in 76049 Avenjet Space Mission, with some pretty cool torso and leg prints. It had translucent blue repulsors on its hands and feet but it also had a neck bracket attachment that gave it additional repulsor boosts on the back like a jetpack. It has a dark red and color scheme, just like the normal Iron Man suits, but has more gold than most of the other armors. It was the same suit, but it had new printing on its torso and legs to show certain segments of armor removed. In the movie, Iron Man does have a couple of small segments of his armor removed to allow his suit to fit inside the famous Hulkbuster. This is the Mark 44 suit, which is a large external armor mech that Iron Man enters. The Hulkbuster suit was represented by a brick-built model in the 2015 set 76031 The Hulk Buster Smash. It also has opening panels and an opening head dome to allow you to place an Iron Man minifigure inside, which is a very cool feature. In addition, the arms and legs are poseable thanks to several ball joint connections, while the fingers can grab onto minifigures like Ultron Prime in the image above. The detailing on the torso piece is the real draw for this Minifigure. There are plenty of intricate details, paneling, wires, and sections to really look busy. This could look like too much, but they struck the perfect balance, with the result being effective and interesting. With flame printing that runs up his legs, he has a great gunmetal gray body with maroon arms. It was clearly intended for Iron Man to leave his mask on! It features a shocking yellow pauldron that represents the armors yellow paint applications. The color may be too bright and clean, but it gets the idea across well. The actual suit has arms that end in huge jackhammer-like endings. However, this Minifigure just goes with the yellow pauldrons at the top of regular gray arms. This pauldron piece can be slid onto the neck and sandwiched between the torso and head pieces. The usual vibrant reds are replaced with an extremely dark almost black blue. This gives the gold printing an extra effective pop!
