Начал красить с лица. Первая попытка мне не понравилась совсем, впрочем как и вторая. С третьей попытки, что-то начало получатся, результат меня удовлетворил, поэтому я решил остановиться на нем. Следующим этапом я перешел к покраске формы. За образец было взято следующее фото: Первый этап окраски формы дал следующий результат: Краски смешивал на глаз, основываясь на цвета формы, которое вставлено выше. Обе краски отлично смешивались, результатом стал покрашенный воротник и часть фуражки. Так же примерил фигурку на подставку.
Подставка мне показалась немного большой и я сделал новую. Материал самозатвердевающая глина, которая в последствии была покрашена тем же акрилом, что и фигурка. В конце, после небольших доработок получился такой результат: Далее буду тренироваться на второй фигурке из этого набора. Для тренировки на второй фигурке был приобретен набор темперных красок Мастер Класс от фирмы Невская Палитра.

The only thing I neede to do to get them to fit was to add an extra link to both sides and then they looked fine, and here are some pics of how the hull looks with the tracks in place; With this very important bit out of the way I can now carry on with the main assembly with the fitting of the fenders next and then the hull so hopefully by the end of the weekend she will really look like a Panzer IV.
