Reassuring her friend, Darci simply told him that he needed to let the good times roll, sparking a great idea for a musical performance. As the song progressed, he even asked for help from the audience to sing along, including Darci.
It felt SO good to be back on the stage that started it all, so grateful.
She is continuing to tour the country, selling out shows virtually everywhere she goes. She still has a considerable amount of time left at what she now calls her home away from home, Las Vegas. There is no doubt that this Oklahoma City native has come a long way since winning a local talent contest. She has found fame and fortune at such a fast pace that it is sometimes frightening, but she seems to be handling it all in stride. In reality, it all comes down to how hard you are willing to work and the amount of time that you are willing to put in on the thing that matters most to you.
Darci Lynne Farmer has put in that work and now, she is reaping the rewards of her efforts. It will be genuinely exciting to see what she decides to do next. There is little doubt that whatever it is, it will be extremely entertaining.
